The Vacqueyras parcels are located in the northwest of the appellation on small slopes exposed to the sunrise and sunset, of which the soil is made up of blue and yellow clays.  A wine that combines energy and intensity with precision, crispness of fruit, and refreshing minerality.  There are layers of flavour, fibre, and plenty of length too.

Grapes - Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan, Mourvedre

Great with - Roast lamb, hearty stews
