Roditis is a pink-skinned grape from Greece, most well-known as a component of Retsina blends. Here at altitude in Aigialeia it shines solo; bright, soft, fresh and straightforward lemon-led fun. A lovely mid-week white and only 11% alcohol. Fill yer boots!
