Nutty, saffron, earthy spiceMade using the traditional technique of fermentation in clay pots, qveri, and aged on skins giving an amber colour, this has a clean nose of caramel, dried fruits and herbs, and a note of resin.

Sake like leesy notes follow along with beeswax, liquorice, and even freshly laundered linen!

Refreshing, dry and brisk finish with the right amount of tannin.
