Some of you will have noticed that the colour of our daiquiri has changed a little. A year ago, we decided we wanted to improve the recipe for our Passion Fruit Daiquiri and started experimenting with some different mixes and balance of flavours.
A few months later our experiments paid off as we received a star in the Great Taste Awards from the esteemed Guild of Fine Food.
