Fernet-Branca is an Italian type of amaro, a bitter, aromatic spirit. It is made from a number of herbs and spices and has long had a reputation for having medicinal properties.
Xhulio has created a delightful cocktail, perfectly balancing bitter and sweet, with a very satisfying and smooth finish. Traditionally, Fernet is served as an aperitif but this concoction can be enjoyed before or after a meal. It is fast becoming a favourite amongst our customers!
Ingredients: Fernet-Branca, brandy, orange liqueur, bitters, honey
Serving suggestion: pour 100ml over ice (or serve neat) with a slice of orange
