Please note that we are currently shipping to Mainland UK only.
UK SHIPPING OPTIONS
There are several option you can choose from:
- Free standard delivery for orders under £50 (signed for Royal Mail service)
- Free 48 hour delivery for orders over £50 (courier service)
- 48 hour delivery: £5 delivery charge for orders under £50
If you have selected the 48 hour delivery option and placed your order by 11am, we will endeavour to ship it by the next day (no shipping on bank holidays and week-ends).
Orders that are placed after 11am Monday to Friday will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available the driver may leave a postcard advising that a delivery has been attempted and that the recipient should contact them to re-arrange delivery.
Standard delivery conditions are delivery within 3-5 days and posted using the signed for Royal Mail service.
If you wish to receive your items quicker, opt for the 48 hour delivery service which costs £5 (free for orders over £50).
Local delivery
Once you place an order, your delivery will be made on the next available delivery time slot. We deliver every Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday so if you place an order on a Monday, we will deliver the following day, on Tuesday, unless you specify otherwise. Thank you.
Delivery Information
All orders require a signature on delivery (except local deliveries), if you are not available to receive your order, you will notified by means of a card posted through your letter box by our courier. Your order can be delivered to an alternative address such as a neighbour or delivered to your place of work if this is more convenient.
UK Delivery Rates
All our products are shipped for free, at no extra cost to you.
We will deliver to all mainland United Kingdom addresses. This excludes the Isle of Man, some remote areas of Scotland, and the Scottish islands.
Receipt of Delivery
All deliveries require a signature at the point of receipt. If the delivery service is unable to obtain a signature because the recipient is out, a card will be left so that a re-delivery or collection from a local depot can be arranged.
